One more time we have to thanks @Reidor for its pics in the wow20 discord!
This time, we are going to show the LVL of some dungeon/zones.
Even if we do not know if 10 will be the new cap for F2P, we are going to show some ingame pictures and some wowhead pictures from the point of view of a lvl 10.
IMPORTANT: in this new alpha build, the dungeons available at lvl10 have been updated! Now, each xpac have dungeons available as we expected!
These scenarios seems to be blocked by ilvl (no idea yet which one could be), and we still do not know if a lvl10 will be able to reach this requered ilvl or not.
Zones: all of them seems to start at lvl10, but CATA zones (35).
Regarding the zones, SL wowhead database changes fastly, but it is easier for us to show you the info from there.
The first picture is the actual one (new build of the alpha).

It is important to know, that if we are finally lvl10, some zones where we can do quest actually at 20 won't be available (for example, some starts at 15 instead than 10), so before SL arrives, get some quests there, and complete (or not) them! Maybe in SL you could get GrandFathered gear like what happened to the Grand Master Arena trinket! Who knows!
Also, note in the right of this pic that Cataclysm start at 30 now, instead than 10. But luckily from now, professions seems to req lvl5 yet as we shown in the other post of this web: https://f2pedia.wixsite.com/news/post/sl-alpha-f2p-profess-mounts-cap
